How do I book a stay?
You can easily book a stay by contacting us. You can browse by locations that suit your individual needs.
Is there a security deposit?
For stays up to 30 nights, you won’t be charged a security deposit, but we do need a credit card on file in case of incidentals. For stays longer than 30 nights, we may charge a deposit depending on where you’re staying. Following your stay, if the space is damaged or house rules are violated, we may charge fees.
How do I cancel my short stay booking?
For all reservations made after March 13, 2020, we will provide stay credits for cancellations made any time before arrival. Credits can be used towards future reservations and are valid for one year from the time of cancellation. For all reservations made prior to March 13, 2020, please contact us for your options
Do you provide daily housekeeping?
We don’t provide daily housekeeping, but if needed, you can request extras by contacting us.
How do I access the Wi-Fi?
Each stay comes equipped with it’s own private Wi-Fi network. If you have an upcoming stay with us, you can view your Wi-Fi information in the notice board at your stay. For information specific to your booking, please contact us.
